Refund policy

If you ordered a product from our website, www.altesc-europe.tech, we have a 30-day return policy with no questions asked. Here's what you do:

  1. Send us an email to  and we will issue a returns authorisation
  2. You will have to pay the shipment cost returning the product to our European/UK Distribution Centre and please send by trackable postage paid.
  3. Alt+Esc Europe will not be responsible for damage or loss in transit.
  4. Please return the product in the original, unmarked packaging including all items that were included in the original package.
  5. Once we receive your product and have checked it we will confirm to you by email and issue a full credit within 10 working days via the original payment method.
